OTN Shipping Policy Statement

1. Shipping Methods
Olive Tree Network, Inc ships its products throughout the 50 United States.
Shipping times are subject to product availability. Our FedEx carrier requires a street address and phone number. We do ship to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box delivery is required, the product will be shipped USPS. The customer will be billed any charges when their product ships. Rates are determined by zip code.
2. Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed on a business day will be shipped within the next ten (10) business day after all funds are available to Olive Tree Network, The customer will be notified if there is any additional delay due to material shortages or revision release timing.
Online or downloadable orders will be instantly available. Business Essentials Kits have customized products that require adjustment and are not immediately available. A representative will contact the purchaser within 24 hours with details of order fulfillment.
3. International Shipping
We accept orders from all international locations for downloadable and online content only. We consider orders from Puerto Rico and other U.S territories to be international
4. Changes to This Statement
Olive Tree Network, Inc. has the discretion to occasionally update this Shipping Policy Statement. When we do, we will also revise the “updated” date at the top of this Shipping Policy page.
